Get Technical Services: Open a Ticket

To get technical support service please use one of the methods below & include as many details as possible.

Nexus Service Desk icon on Desktop (main screen)

  1. Double-click Nexus Service Desk on your Desktop (main screen):
    1. myEvolv, Procentive, OrderConnect, myHP support should be asked through the 'EHR Helpdesk' desktop icon on your main screen, details here
  2. Search articles to see if they can help you. Alternatively you may click Knowledge Base (KB) or Popular Articles to see what is available
  3. Scroll down to bottom then click 'Submit a ticket':

    1. Alternatively: top-right click My Area (may be under 3-lines menu), Add ticket
  4. Determine WHOM you will like help from then click 'Submit Ticket':
    IT=tech help; Maintenance=mechanical help

  5. Fill out form (red asterisks indicate required info), Submit at bottom
  6. To update a ticket you can either reply to an email you have received (do not change the subject) or go to Nexus Service Desk, click My Area in top-right, click ticket, add comment
    1. When you reply to an email the tech support staffs name shows as Zoho Desk which is normal as this is the name of the ticket system we use
