How to access and sign in to the Nexus Service Desk website


To access the Nexus Service Desk, please double click the “Nexus Service Desk” icon on your desktop.

Please open Chrome, Firefox, or Edge and go to this website:


https://helpdesk.nexus-yfs.org


Click “Sign in” and sign in with the instructions below, in order to enable access to your existing tickets and most Knowledge Base articles.



Either way, if it asks for a username and password, enter your primary email address for the username:


username@nexusfamilyhealing.org


Please replace username above with your username, for example jsmith


For the password, enter the same password you use to sign in to Nexus work computers.
