Resolving Issues with Websites

Load a fresh version of the page:

Hold Ctrl key then tap F5 key, let go of both

Wipe all browsing history/files/cache/cookies/logins

  1. Universal method: Open internet app, Ctrl+Shift+Del, Delete/Clear
  2.  Chrome:
    1. More  , Delete browsing data, change drop down to ‘All time’, click Delete data
  3.  Microsoft Edge
    1. Settings  , Settings , Privacy, search, and services , Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear, change Time range to ‘All time, Clear now

Wipe a single websites file

  1. Click padlock symbol to left of website address
  2. Cookies and site data:
  3. Cookies:
  4. Click each website then click Remove. Repeat until no websites are listed then click Done

Try an InPrivate or Incognito tab

Click top-right three-dots menu, InPrivate

Try a different Microsoft Edge browser profile


Try a different internet browser

If you're using Microsoft Edge try Chrome if you have it
