Resolving Issues with Websites
Load a fresh version of the page:
Hold Ctrl key then tap F5 key, let go of both
Wipe a single website's files
- Click padlock symbol to left of website address
- Cookies and site data:

- Cookies:

- Click each website then click Remove. Repeat until no websites are listed then click Done

Wipe all browsing history/files/cache/cookies/logins
Microsoft Edge
- Settings
, Settings
, Privacy, search, and services
, Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear, change Time range to ‘All time’, Clear now


Chrome:
- More
, Delete browsing data, change drop down to ‘All time’, click Delete data
Try an InPrivate or Incognito tab
Click top-right three-dots menu, InPrivate
Try a different Microsoft Edge browser profile
