Troubleshoot Issues Signing in to Paylocity

If you get an error that looks like any of these errors when trying to access Paylocity from a Nexus computer:

"Invalid single sign-on attempt. Please log in or contact your company administrator to link your account. The audit id is..."




Please try this process first to resolve the problem:

1. Use the Paylocity desktop shortcut, or click here: https://access.paylocity.com/Login/SpInitiatedSso?companyID=329723
If you are able to access Paylocity that way, you are good to. Please use those methods to access Paylocity on a Nexus computer going forward.

2. Click the lock icon or (i) next to the address: 
3. Click on Cookies and site data and then Cookies



4. Click on each address in the list, and then click Remove


5. Once the list is empty, click Done


6. Use the Paylocity desktop shortcut again, or click here: https://access.paylocity.com/Login/SpInitiatedSso?companyID=329723
