Access Paylocity from Mobile Devices

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is a secondary authentication method besides a password; commonly a code from a text, call, or app. This is also sometimes call two-step verification. Click here for more info. SSO: Single Sign-On is a method to login to apps/websites utilizing your existing (hence single) password that you login to your PC with.

Prerequisites

  1. MFA registration must be completed. Have smartphone/tablet nearby while logging in

Access Paylocity Hub from Mobile Devices

Paylocity has a mobile website, however most features are only accessible from the mobile app.
  1. Download the app
    1. Google Android: go to 'Play Store' & search Paylocity (not the benefit app.)
    2. Apple iPhone/iPad: go to 'App Store' & search Paylocity
  2. Open app, enter in Workspace Access Code or Company Access Code: 329723 & then tap Continue
  3. Select Sign In
  4. Tap 'SSO' button
  5. At the 'Sign in with your organizational account' or Microsoft prompt enter your Nexus email address & computer password
  6. Tap Approve on your smartphone/tablet. If you don't get an alert on your phone with a moment open the  Microsoft Authenticator app & click arrow circle in top-right:
  7. If this is a shared device, please click No at the 'Stay signed in?'  prompt, otherwise, click Yes
  8. You should be signed-in

FAQ

  1. Any further questions (once you are successfully signed in to Paylocity app) are best handled by your local HR personnel or by emailing ply-hr@nexusfamilyhealing.org 
  2. Time Clock (clocking in) is not available to all Nexus staff. Please contact HR if you believe you should have access to the time clock in the app, and it is not available to you.
  3. Please open a ticket for any issues signing in to Paylocity app
