Troubleshoot Issues Signing in to Relias

If you get stuck on a spinning wheel when signing in to Relias:





Please try this process to resolve:

1. Click the lock icon or (i) next to the address:   
2. Click on Cookies


3. Click on each address in the list, and then click Remove


4. Once the list is empty, click Done



5. Use the Relias desktop shortcut again, or click here: https://nexus.training.reliaslearning.com

If that doesn't resolve the problem, please open a ticket or contact your IT (Information Technology) staff.
