Troubleshoot Issue with Teams Android App

  1. Open your main cell phone Settings

  2. Scroll down to and select Apps

  3. Scroll down and select Teams
  4. Select Storage

  5. Select Clear cache on the bottom right-hand side of the screen


  6. Press Back out of storage

  7. Select Force stop on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. If Force stop is grayed out, proceed to the next step.


  8. Select Open from the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
