Restart a Desk Phone (3CX)
2. Press and hold the X key until you see a prompt on the screen.
3. Press the OK soft key (below the screen, not the physical OK button between the arrow keys) to confirm the restart.
4. Wait for the restart to complete.
5. Your phone may update its configuration after the restart, which may result in a second restart process automatically within a minute or two of the first restart.
