Start a 3-Way Call on a Desk Phone
Press the Conference soft key during an active call.
Enter the extension or external number of the second party, then press the Send soft key.
Press the Conference soft key again when the second party has answered the call.
All parties are now joined in the conference call. The maximum number of parties in the call is 3, including yourself.
Note: If the second party doesn’t answer or it goes to voicemail, press the End Call soft key.
This will end the call for the second party only. You can then press the Resume soft key to resume the call with the first party.
