Set Up Voicemail Greeting on 3CX (Desk Phones)
Please sign in to the 3CX Web Client using the Microsoft SSO option:
Once you are logged in click on:
· Settings
· Greetings
· Record Greeting
You will receive a prompt for a file name. Name it something unique so you recognize it in the next step.
Once you hit OK here you will immediately receive a call
from the phone system. Answer the call
and follow the voice prompts to record your new greeting.
IMPORTANT: You must follow the prompts all the way through to properly save the
greeting.
Once the new greeting is saved you will be able to see it in
the dropdown choices.
Set your new greeting as the Default and then exit the
Web Client. Please call your extension to
verify your greeting is working.
