Preferred Method
Press and hold the
Side button
and
Volume down button
(right edge) until the 'Power off' prompt appears then release.
If the device is unresponsive, attempt the alternate method.
Allow up to 30 seconds for the restart to complete.
Alternate Method
Simultaneously press and hold the Side button and Volume down button (right edge) until the screen goes dark (approximately 15 seconds), then release.
Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete.
If your device won't power back on, partially charge the device then retry.
