Receiving Nexus Documents Shared with OneDrive

Nexus (OneDrive) files shared with you should look like the picture below. Nexus may also send you a protected message that has different steps documented here.
  1. Click Open button within the email from Nexus
    1. Security tip: it should be from a person you recognize & the file should be relevant to a prior discussion
  2. Click Send Code
    1. Security tip: verify the website address URL is sharepoint.com
  3. Go back to your email to get the code. It will come from Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint
  4. Enter code, click Verify
  5. The file is shown
    1. Staff will be notified when you have successfully accessed the file
