How to share your Outlook Calendar with your colleagues at Nexus

By default, anyone in the Nexus organization can see if you're currently "Busy" on your calendar.
If you'd like to share more detail than that with a colleague or superior, make sure you're on the Home tab (Make sure your Calendar is selected in the bottom left). If you have enough screen space, you may see the Share icon already.



If not, click on the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right to expand the tools that won't fit on the screen. 

Next, you'll go to Share. Go ahead and click it, then select your Calendar. 
That will pop up a menu listing info about your calendar. Go to the Permissions tab, then click on Add.
That will pop up your address book. Find the person you want to share with, then click Add at the bottom. Click OK to add the name(s) to your permissions tab. 


Once you see the name on your list beneath My Organization, select it and set the level of permissions you want to set for them.
Make sure to click Apply or OK to save your changes, and you're done!
