Start an Intune Sync in Windows

  1. Click the bottom-left  Windows/Start button
  2.  Settings
  3. Accounts on left-side

  4. Access work or school
  5. Click 'nexus-yfs.org' then click 'Info'

  6. Scroll down & click Sync button

  7. You may get some additional prompts such as those asking for your email, login password, & possible MFA authentication (approve or security text code on your smartphone/tablet)
  8. The goal is above the Sync button it should say 'The sync was successful' with a recent time in last 5min
    1. This can take numerous minutes, please keep this window open. You may continue to use your PC while you wait

Windows 10 method

  1. Click the bottom-left  Windows/Start button
  2.  Settings

  3. Accounts

  4. Access work or school (on left side)
  5. Click 'Connected to NEXUS-YFS AD domain' then click 'Info'

  6. Scroll down & click Sync button

  7. You may get some additional prompts such as those asking for your email, login password, & possible MFA authentication (approve or security text code on your smartphone/tablet)
  8. The goal is above the Sync button it should say 'The sync was successful' with a recent time in last 5min
