Print Envelopes in Word

1. Setup envelope/mail-merge in Word if you haven't:
   
1. Mailings (tab), Envelopes, type in address, Add to Document

3. Insert envelope into bypass/multi-purpose-tray, copier prompts for paper type tap envelope, then your envelope size
   Normal envelope is No. 10 (COM10) with size 4 1/8" by 9 1/2"in
   
   
4. Scan badge, tap Print all
   
5. If you tap Print on copier before inserting envelope you will get this prompt simply tap 'Change Paper' then select envelope size as seen above
   
   
6. If machine beeps & flashes read status monitor (in bottom-left), tap multi-purpose-tray, tap OK
   

Printing incorrectly on envelopes? Things to try

1. Be sure you inserted the envelope correctly per diagrams/symbols on copier
    as seen the No. 10 envelope is put in with the flap/seal facing up & to the left
    means paper/envelope side that will be printed/inked on should be face down (for envelope that'd mean you could see flap/seal since opposite is where you want address printed)
   
2. Verify you setup Word correctly for envelope printing by following links at top
   
3. In Word go to: Mailings (tab), Envelopes, Printing Options (tab). Select the 'feed method' that matches how envelope visually looks when placed physically in copier. You may need to click 'Face down' or 'Clockwise rotation':
