Using a Canon Copier/Printer
When you get to the copier you should see this screen, use your badge to access the machine. There is a card reader on the side of the lid
Print Release
Print Release to release queued print jobs
Scan
After tapping Scan you tap 'Scan to My Email' of 'Scan to Fax'. Place your documents on the top feeder or glass. Press Start button
Optionally tap 'Change settings' if you want 2-sided, different sizes, or change the quality
Scan to Fax
Scan badge, tap Scan, 'Scan to Fax' if you haven't already. Enter in fax number then press Start

FAQ
- Prints don't come out
If you don't pick up your print (scan your badge) within 5 days of printing the system deletes it. This prevents server getting overloaded as sometimes people print to wrong printer or by accident - Prints don't come out & its saying something about Load paper, Status Monitor
This may simply indicate a tray has no paper in it even if other trays have paper. Tap 'Status Monitor' for more info as it may be asking for odd-size paper to be loaded or you can hit Cancel. If someone prints something that uses odd-size paper all other printing attempts will be halted until you feed it the odd-sized paper or cancel the job. Occasionally people don't even know they are printing something odd-sized so its likely OK to hit cancel to get things moving along
