Send Secure Email using Outlook Online


2. If it asks for you to sign in using an email address: enter your new primary address.
3. If it asks for your password: enter the same password you use to sign in to the computer.
4. If it asks for your time zone: select your local time zone and continue.
5. Start a new email by clicking "New message" towards the top left

6. Click on Options


6b. Click on the Lock icon:


6c. Click on Encrypt



7. The banner "Encrypt: This message is encrypted" should appear. Do not click "Change Permissions" or "Remove encryption".



8. Draft the email as normal.
9. If you need to attach a document, click Attach -> Browse this computer
 
10. Select Send to send the secure email.
