Resolve a Nexus-Kindred Internet Outage

Resolve a Nexus-Kindred Internet Outage

If you are experiencing an internet outage at a Nexus-Kindred operating location:
Please first call the Nexus Service Desk at 763-251-6211, from any available phone that is working.
Please leave a voicemail if you are not able to reach a live agent, even and especially if it is outside of regular Service Desk hours (8AM CT - 4:30PM CT M-F).

If you are not able to reach a live Nexus Service Desk agent, and do not receive a call back within 5 minutes after leaving a voicemail, especially if it is outside of regular Service Desk hours:
You can then optionally contact the Internet Service Provider directly for support.

You can also check their status page, if available, to see if the problem may be due to an area outage.
