Resending Secure Emails

When resending secure emails, please do not forward earlier secure emails, or copy and save any attachment(s) from the earlier secure emails.

 

You can copy and paste the contents of the secure email if needed, however you will need to start a new email.

Please use Encrypt-Only using these instructions:

If you had attachments:

Depending on the file format used, this document(s) may already be encrypted and/or rights managed, and the recipient may have problems opening the attachments.

Please attach any attachments you may have had from the shared drive, your documents folder, or your desktop.

If you do not have the document available from one of those locations, please open a ticket or call 763-251-6211 for help decrypting and removing rights management from the document.
