Resolve License Expired or Editing Disabled in Adobe Acrobat (Pro)

Resolve License Expired or Editing Disabled in Adobe Acrobat (Pro)

Problem:
My Adobe Acrobat (Pro) application is not functioning correctly.
It is saying the subscription is expired and/or PDF editing functions are disabled.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, we will first need you to sign out of Adobe Acrobat (Pro), and then sign back in.

You will first need to get Adobe Acrobat (Pro) open, please use the "Adobe Acrobat" desktop shortcut.

It may ask you to provide a birth date.

If you are asked for your birth date, please enter "1/1/1970" if you are not comfortable providing your actual birth date.

Then, please sign out of Adobe Acrobat using the circle towards the top right.

Adobe Acrobat should then close once you are signed out.

Please then open Adobe Acrobat and sign in using these instructions:

 1. Enter complete Nexus email address in the Email Address field.

2. Select the option "Company or School Account"

3. The application will either log you in automatically or may go to the Nexus login prompt asking you to put in your Nexus computer login password. Once you put in your password, the application(s) should begin working normally.

Estimated time to complete:
~6 minutes (T1+)
