Login to the copier and press the
scan button:

Press Scan to Fax:

Insert the destination fax number in
the fax number box including the country code & area code. There should be 11-digits, for example: 17635531637
Please do not include the @concordsend.com when using "Scan to Fax" from the copiers.
(If you are an NFC staff member, or do not see the "Scan to Fax" option, please use Scan to My Email, and then follow the sending faxes from your PC instructions below.)

Change any of the scan settings and
make sure the document you want to fax is either in the scan tray, or on the
scan bed. Then press start.
5.
Go back to computer and wait for the
confirmation and status emails to be delivered to your inbox.
Sending faxes from your PC
1. In a new email, enter the fax number including the country code & area code ending with @concordsend.com Example:
17635531637@concordsend.com 2. Attach the document(s) file(s) you’d like to fax, in the order you'd like them
3. The subject & text of the email will be included on a cover sheet of the fax. Please include your name, company, & fax number in the body of your email. An email signature can meet some of those needs.
4. Validate the fax address is correct (see step 1) as an error here could be a breach of HIPAA compliance
5. Hit Send. You will be notified via email if the fax failed or sent successfully

- Limits: 250pg, 250 fax recipients, 5x attachments with a combined size no larger than 20MB (manual pg7)
Sending paper faxes from a copier machine
- These instructions may differ from your copier, local IT dept. can provide specific steps for your model
1. Insert the paper documents to be faxed, a cover page is recommended
2. Hit the Scan button on the copier
3. Enter an email address starting with the fax number including the country code & area code ending with @concordsend.com Example:
17635531637@concordsend.com a. A typo could be a breach of HIPAA compliance, so double-check this step
4. Choose any other options necessary (two-sided, resolution, etc.)
5. Hit Send. You will be notified (via email) if the fax failed or sent successfully
6. Don’t forget to grab your paper documents
Receiving faxes on your PC
Only dedicated staff have access to incoming faxes. Generally, it’s by department & main fax # is usually handled by administrative assistants.
1. Open Outlook email
2. On the left side look for something that says fax (ex: GA-Fax-Main)
3. Expand it (
) & go to Inbox
4. Each email seen is a received fax which can be seen by opening the attachment
- HIPAA compliance is ensured through a signed BAA with Concord & an encrypted channel between Nexus entities & Concord’s infrastructure provided the above rules are followed
- E-Faxing is not a replacement for secure email, it is a supplemental technology
