After your primary email address changes, you might get errors in OneDrive
This can include red X's next to your files on the desktop or other files.
To resolve this, please perform the following steps:
1. Please save all of your work
3. Save work and restart computer
4. If you are still experiencing issues with OneDrive after the computer restart, Exit and Restart OneDrive:
5. Right-click on OneDrive System Tray Icon
6. Quit OneDrive
7. Open OneDrive again from the start menu
8. If you still experience any issues with OneDrive after completing step 7, open File Explorer

9. Right-click on your OneDrive and select
Always keep on this device10. OneDrive will sync up all of your files to the device you are using.
This can take up to 24 hours, depending on how many files you have.
You can monitor the progress by hovering over the OneDrive icon in your taskbar,
When the sync is complete, OneDrive will say "Up to date" for the status.
