Zoom Meeting Scheduling Instructions

How do I schedule a Zoom meeting using the Zoom client?


      1. Click the Start button in the lower left hand corner.
            

      2. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list of programs.
            

      3. Look for a Zoom folder, open it, and then click “Zoom”
            

      4. Click the Schedule button in Zoom. You may need to login to Zoom, Zoom uses it’s own password and your Nexus email address.
            

      5. Fill out the Topic, Start date and time, and duration. The other settings may be left as default as shown.
            
      
      6. Review the invitation, and add to the “To” block any people you wish to invite. Click “Send” to send the invite.
            

Starting the Meeting

      1. Open up the Zoom client from the Start menu as shown earlier.

      2. Click the “Meetings” icon at the bottom of the Zoom client.
            

      3. Click the meeting you wish to start, a start button will appear.
            

      4. Click the “Start button” to start the meeting.
