- No sign-in required. Simply click the link from email or click Join & type in meeting ID

Mute participants
- Click Participants at bottom
- Go to name on side-bar & click Mute
- You can also Mute All, Mute on entry, etc. simply click 3 dots to see more options:
Find Meeting ID & Password
- Click ‘i‘ in top-right
- Option 2: Click Participants at bottom, click Invite at bottom of sidebar
Lock meeting so no one else can join
- Click Security at bottom
- Lock Meeting
Lock/Unlock Screen Share for participants
- Click Security at bottom
- Share Screen
Time Limits
- Free users (top of Zoom app will show when signed in) who schedule/create meetings are limited to meetings of a 40-minute duration.
You can easily start another call. If this will be a routine situation for you, please engage IT to see if Microsoft Teams would be a better fit for your use case, or if a Zoom license can be purchased
- 40min limit may be inadvertently triggered is one person joins the meeting twice because of an issue on their end
Dedicated Conference Room Systems
Description: mounted camera, tablet, or specific remote (Cisco/Tandberg); not a laptop
- Reserve the room per local site process or reference this guide
- Bring your meeting ID (seen in email/calendar invite) to room
- If there is a tablet this is a Zoom Room which is documented in another KB article
Webcam or sound issues on PC
Black/No camera
- Select your webcam as seen in picture below. This is likely because you have two webcams, one built-in to laptop with lid closed & corded one
