Using Microsoft Teams Rooms




Join a Scheduled Meeting

1. Tap Join next to your meeting name on the touch screen.
2. You will then be added to the meeting. 
If your meeting doesn’t show on the console Invite or add the room to your Outlook invitation.
 Note: It may take a few minutes to show on the console.

Start an unscheduled (ad-hoc) meeting
1 . Tap the Meet Now button on your console.
2. Under Type a name or number, find the people you want to invite.
3. Tap Invite once you have added all the people you want to invite, and your meeting will start automatically

If you have a URL for a meeting
Select Enter a URL and type the URL for the meeting.


Join a Zoom Meeting

Please invite the meeting room in Outlook to Zoom meetings.
The room will need to be invited to the Zoom meeting to join the Zoom meeting.

Dial-in using the keypad

1. Select the dial pad on the room console.
2. Dial a number, then select Call.
