To update your pronouns in Zoom, please first update your pronouns in UKG using these instructions:
After updating your pronouns in UKG, please allow 12 hours for the pronouns to update in Zoom.
If they have not updated in Zoom after 12 hours, please try this process:
1. Open Zoom from the start menu
2. If asked to sign in to Zoom, sign in to Zoom using SSO:
The domain nexus-yfs should be prefilled, this is correct. Please press continue.
After pressing continue, you may be asked for your email address and password. Please use your Nexus email and password if you are asked.
3. If you are already sign in to Zoom, click your photo or your status icon in the top right hand corner:
4. The current account will be listed and abbreviated with asterisks. Please make a note if this appears to be an abbreviated version of an old email address.
Then click Sign out
If the current account is different from your current Nexus email, even taking the abbreviation in to account, please contact the Nexus Service Desk at 763-251-6211,
nexus-servicedesk@nexusfamilyhealing.org, or open a ticket to have your Zoom accounts merged.
(For example, if you had a recent name or agency change.) You can still proceed with these instructions.
5. If asked to sign in to Zoom, sign in to Zoom using SSO:
The domain nexus-yfs should be prefilled, this is correct. Please press continue.
After pressing continue, you may be asked for your email address and password. Please use your Nexus email and password if you are asked.
Your pronouns should now be updated.
When you start or join a meeting, you will be asked if you'd like to display them or not.
