Signing in to Smartsheet

2. Click Sign in with Microsoft

3. If asked for an email address or password after clicking Sign in with Microsoft, it is asking for your Nexus email address and computer password. MFA authentication may be required if you are working off-site.

If this is your first time using Smartsheet, you will be automatically assigned a free license. Please try using the free license, and only request a paid license if you encounter a situation where one is required.

If you do encounter a need for a paid license, please open a ticket in the Nexus Service Desk portal or by emailing nexus-servicedesk@nexusfamilyhealing.org

Please do not request a license from within Smartsheet.
