myEvolv System Login Changes (NX)

The myEvolv EHR System will be undergoing an update on Tuesday May 10th, 2022 at approximately 10am CST to become compliant with Single Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication as required for our cybersecurity insurance.

You will begin to see a change to the login screen that shows two buttons (Next/Alternate Login) instead of one which you currently see (Next). These changes will also help to streamline logging in to the system, reduce the number of password errors, and no longer require password updates for myEvolv as they will update when you update your Nexus Account password. Below are the steps to follow to log-in to your account:

2. Input Your Username

3. Select Your Agency From The Dropdown Menu

4. Choose “Next”

One of Two Things Will Happen

  1. You will be logged into myEvolv with no further action or password needed if you have already complied with the single sign on authentication for your computer. This is what a typical daily user will see most of the time.
  2. You will be routed to sign into your Nexus account to verify your identity (below) with your Nexus email and computer password. This is what an atypical user might see if logging in on a personal computer (i.e. a contractor/intern/etc.).

If you are unable to log-in to your account for any reason following this system change, please email the myEvolv Help Desk at NHO-EvolvHelp@nexusfamilyhealing.org and we will help to troubleshoot your account. It should also be noted that any contracted staff will be required to authenticate their identity using their assigned Nexus Account.

As of 7/7/22, you will no longer be able to sign into Evolv using a password and you will only be able to use SSO.
