Forward Meeting to Room in Outlook

We are only able to access Teams or Zoom meetings from the conference rooms.

Other meetings, such as doxy.me or WebEx, must currently be accessed from laptops.

If the meeting is sent to you as a calendar invite, you can forward this calendar invite to the conference room. If this meeting/email is from someone outside the organization some conference rooms may not be setup to get the video call link even if it accepts the meeting. It's best to verify the room has a join link, if it doesn't the quick fix is to create a new meeting, copy the video join link, & invite the room. The longer fix is to engage IT to ensure the conference room can accept outside meeting invites which are disabled by default for security.

If a Teams or Zoom meeting is sent to you as a regular email, you will need to convert this to a meeting.

You can use the "Reply with Meeting" button to do this:

Or you can create a new meeting, and copy and paste the content of the email.
