Error When Trying to Access Shared Drives Remotely

Error When Trying to Access Shared Drives Remotely

Please try accessing the shared drives one more time, even if you have a red X.

If you still can't access the shared drives:
In bottom-right click  Wi-Fi or  Network icon, click ‘Nexus Always On VPN’ at top to Connect/Authenticate:

Click on "Nexus Always on VPN CA" and click Connect. Complete MFA approval if needed.

You may get an error message, please try at least 4 times.

Please wait 2 minutes, and then please try accessing the shared drives one more time, even if you have a red X.

If you still can't access, please restart your computer using this process:

  1. Click the  Start/Windows bottom-left button
  2. Click  Power icon
  3. Click  Restart

After your computer has restarted and you are at the sign-in prompt, please wait 2 minutes before signing in.

Shared drives may take longer to reconnect, but they should reconnect eventually.

You will need to manually try opening them, the red "X's" will not go away on their own.

Please let us know if you are not able to access the shared drives after doing that, or if you have any questions.
